What sort of lashes do you provide?

We supply both human hair and minx lashes. We always let you choose the lashes you wear so please let me us if you have a preference.

Do you provide mobile/freelance bookings?

Yes we do. Please use the ‘Contact us’ tab and let us know your date/time and location.

We you provide bridal bookings?

Yes we do, both in the studio and freelance. Please use the ‘Contact us’ tab and let us know your date/time, location and information in regards to your bridal party.


I have a complaint, how do I deal with this?

I’ve made a deposit but can no longer attend my appointment?

Unfortunately any deposit made for both make up appointment, courses and lessons are non refundable and non transferable as started when we ask you for a deposit. We reserve the right to hold a deposit regardless of the personal clients circumstances.


I will be late for my appointment will that matter?

We allow 1 hour 30 minute slots for all make up appointments, if you are longer than 30 minutes late we can only provide you will a softer style of make up.
